Data Correction or Removal Request

If something StatRink has published about you is inaccurate, or you’d like your waitlist information removed, email us directly. This applies to anyone: a waitlist subscriber, a league or association, a guardian, or an authorized representative reporting inaccurate or inappropriate information about a player.

What to include

• What you’d like corrected or removed
• Where you saw it (a page URL, if applicable)
• The email address you used for the waitlist, if your request is about your own signup
• If you’re reporting something on behalf of a player, your relationship to them (guardian, coach, league/association representative, etc.)

What happens next

Right now, at the waitlist stage, this is a direct email process: there’s no automated request form or dashboard yet. As StatRink launches statistics features, we’re building a proper administrative workflow with an audit trail for corrections and removals (see the product roadmap for details). Until then, every request that comes in by email gets a human reply.
